Joseph D. Neguse (/nəˈɡuːs/ nə-GOOSE; born May 13, 1984) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Colorado’s 2nd congressional district since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he was a Regent of the University of Colorado from 2008 to 2015.
