with you. Details are below…
Months before its official presentation, the OnePlus 11 Pro is once again the subject of quite significant leaks. Today, it is the technical sheet of the phone which would have been revealed.
Once is not custom, it’s Steve Hemmerstoffer, alias OnLeaks, which reveals new information about the smartphone. After sharing the first images of the OnePlus 11 Pro, he presents what could be the technical sheet of the next high-end smartphone from the Chinese brand.
The OnePlus 11 Pro data sheet already revealed?
Until the formalization of the smartphone, all the characteristics that are shared are to be taken with a pinch of salt. However, OnLeaks has already distinguished itself on numerous occasions by the veracity of its information. That being said, here is the technical sheet that the “leaker” shared with the 91 Mobiles site:
- 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with QHD+ definition.
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC.
- Up to 16 GB of RAM
- Rear camera module: 50 MP + 48 MP + 32 MP
- Front camera module: 16 MP
- Battery: 5000mAh
- Charging speed: 100W
The source specifies that the screen will benefit from a refresh rate of 120 Hz and an integrated front camera in the form of a punch. The amount of RAM would go hand in hand with the storage capacity of the device. Thus, the basic version would ship 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage. Another higher-end version would benefit from 16 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage.
Regarding the chip that will be at the heart of the phone, we are not really surprised to see the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 than Qualcomm should be made official by the end of the year. As always with OnePlus, the brand will bet on the responsiveness of its smartphone, thanks to its raw performance, but also its OxygenOS software interface which should be based on Android 13.
The battery would not scale as it would remain stuck at 5000 mAh. However, a more efficient SoC would significantly improve battery life. On the charging side, the OnePlus 11 Pro would put the package with a 100W charging. The OnePlus 10T presented this summer would therefore keep the advantage on this point with its 150W recharge.
The other difference between the “Pro” and “T” versions comes from the camera block. Indeed, the OnePlus 10T was deprived of the brand’s partnership with the Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad. The latter would return to the OnePlus 11 Pro to provide its expertise on the colorimetry of photos. We note in passing that the source indicates that the telephoto lens would have an x2 optical zoom, which seems strange to us since that of the OnePlus 10 Pro is x3.3.
Finally, the famous button Alert Slider would be nice back to quickly switch between sound modes. On the connectivity side, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E or Bluetooth 5.2 are mentioned. A lot of information that is not close to being confirmed by the brand since the OnePlus 11 Pro is not expected before the first quarter of 2023.
