SNCF strike: how to get reimbursed or exchange your TGV ticket?

No agreement between SNCF management and the unions, traffic will be severely disrupted on TGV journeys between Paris and the South-East of the country. Exceptional credit

Those who see their TGV deleted will be contacted by SMS or email with two possible options: either transfer to another train. In this case, there will be no exchange fees or additional costs, until the departure time.

In the other case, it is possible to cancel the trip and obtain a full refund of the ticket as well as an “exceptional credit note corresponding to the price of the canceled ticket.” SNCF stresses that it will specify the conditions of this credit at a later date on this page.

traffic for Saturday and Sunday, the two other days covered by this call to strike, will be published later, when the number of strikers is known, at the latest the day before at 17 h.
