Pôle emploi in the Haut-Rhin has noted a significant need for recruitment on the part of public employers in the department. To publicize the professions and offers of the three public functions , the institution is organizing a week of actions in its ten agencies, from 17 to 21 January. “Job seekers do not turn spontaneously to public employers while most locks to recruit directly, the obligation of competition for example, have jumped”, underlines the territorial agency. The objective of the operation, baptized “68 (like the department) chrono hours” is the discovery of trades, training offered by Pôle emploi and the Grand Est region.
It must also allow employers to recruit candidates directly during the week.
Direct recruitments The gendarmerie, the national police, the army, the primary health insurance fund (CPAM) or even Pôle emploi, which is also looking for staff, will present their professions and their recruitment processes in the agencies. National education, which is looking for many accompanying students with disabilities (AESH) and communities will be present with positions to be filled directly. Certain activities, such as site visits, have been rescheduled remotely to take into account the health context.
“The action is the result of a partnership policy that we launched two years ago with elected officials, mayors, presidents of communities of municipalities, who have a detailed knowledge of their territories and their needs”, underlines Patricia Diallo-Rougier, responsible for partnerships at Pôle emploi Haut-Rhin. 68.68 people work in the public service in Haut -Rhine.
