Tabbed browsing in theFile Explorer of Windows 11 works identically to that which exists in web browsers. Therefore, the usual shortcuts are functional. So you can use CTRL+T to open a new tab, CTRL+W to close the active tab, or CTRL+1 (Where CTRL+2, etc., the number specifying the tab position order) to navigate between open tabs. You can also open a directory directly in a new tab by right-clicking on it and then choosing the Open in new tab option.
