YouTube is testing a ‘Loop’ feature that will allow users to replay the video they want as soon as it’s finished. The new feature seems to delight mobile users who can’t give up YouTube to listen to music.
Although our online music listening habits have changed with the spread of platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music, YouTube is still an important medium in this area. Playback on mobile devices and YouTube Music Premium come with the feature going into the back of the company, ‘content platform’ put a set with unlimited listeners and music archives in the transformation repeatedly showed an indispensable option.
A new feature being tested shows that YouTube continues to work for music listeners. Users will enjoy listening to the same song in a row without getting tired of this new feature, users will be able to automatically start the video they want in the YouTube mobile app as it ends.
This feature, which we do not know when it will be available to all users, is currently in the testing stage. The feature, which appears in the resulting images with the name ‘Loop’, is quite simple to use. To use the Loop feature, all you have to do is tap the ellipsis icon in the top right of the video you are playing in the YouTube mobile app and open the ‘Loop’ option in the drop-down menu. It will then rewind again as the selected video ends.
This feature has long been available to YouTube users on the desktop. Just right-click on the video to use the feature on the desktop, which you can easily use with a similar system and appears as a ‘loop’.
In fact, this feature is not a revolutionary innovation, of course, because many online music platforms have similar features. But YouTube did not offer its mobile users a solution for this situation for many years, and even so much so that there were videos such as the ‘3-hour version’ and the ’10-hour version’ for many songs. It seems that with the arrival of the Loop feature, these videos will no longer be needed.
