La cuvée qui marie 51% Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and 28% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims seduced by its nose intense, almost heady, counterbalanced by an incredible elegance, with airy and floral notes. The aromatic notes follow one after the other: summer flowers, meringue, ripe fruits, fresh currants, chalk, minerality. In the mouth, the same ballet is organized, which makes this creation so unique. and so attractive.

Champagne Bollinger B 12: A crystalline and chiseled Blanc de Noirs

B 13 – © Champagne Bollinger Champagne must face in 2012 in singular climatic conditions: a very long winter marked by snow and frost, a shy and rainy spring, a very sunny summer dotted with violent thunderstorms. Despite this unfavorable context, Champagne Bollinger raises the wine from this particularly late harvest to the rank of vintage and thus produces a limited edition: B 13 for Bollinger 2013. Only 5 vintages, of which 77% of Grands Crus and 8% of Premiers Crus, make up this 99 % Pinot Noir.

A dress adorned with golden reflections. A rich and complex nose, with notes of ripe fruit, fruit jellies and marzipan complemented by aromas of plum and vine peach. On the palate, flavors of pear, fresh almonds and Tarte Tatin are marked by a singularity of a Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence on the palate with a saline note on the finish.

Made from grapes from Grands and Premiers Crus only, this cuvée embodies the quintessence of Boizel know-how through its elegance and balance. Very little dosed, it has been aged for a long time in cellars in order to reveal the full potential of this great year. These choices give the Jewel of France 2004 a wide range of aromas.

To the eye , the color is a sparkling gold with fine persistent bubbles. The nose reveals a wide range of subtle aromas. On the tasting side, it gives pride of place to almond and candied orange which brilliantly intermingle with elegant pastry notes. Very balanced, these subtle accords evolve towards a final note full of finesse and freshness.

Champagne Delamotte Blanc de Blancs 2013: A radiant Chardonnay

Its pale color with green reflections makes the fine bead of bubbles shine which rises in the glass. On the nose, the wine does not betray its noble origins, its bouquet is energetic, pure, straight and deep, with a strong character! We appreciate its frank attack, its fresh mouth and its minerality that makes you salivate. Champagne Gosset Rosé 2007 Gross: Rare and remarkable

Celebris Rosé 2008 – © Maison Gosset + Maison Frapin This vintage, offered in a limited edition at 13 000 cols is only the 4th edition of Gosset Celebris Rosé during 25 last years. This confidential cuvée is the result of unique know-how in the choice of terroirs and their blending. This is meticulous work, carried out by the Cellar Masters, to select plots worthy of a Grand Vin, revealing the Gosset style. . The CG monogram inscribed on the bottle highlights the identity of the most prestigious vintages of the oldest Champagne House of Wines, founded in 740 by Pierre Gosset.

Its copper color, luminous and crystalline, reveals its long maturation in cellars. On the nose, an aroma of strawberry jam, spiced up with spices and menthol, continues with touches of ripe summer fruit: peach, nectarine and apricot.

On the palate, aromas of ripe black cherry are balanced by a note of blood orange bringing an enveloping tangy freshness. The iodine finish recalls the minerality of Chardonnays, dominating this blend (64 % and 28% Pinot Noir).

Champagne Edouard Brun Millésime 1996: Rich and harmonious

The Vintage 1986 Edouard Brun – © Edouard Brun The Edouard Brun “champagnothèque” is the reflection of s we know-how in the making of Champagne wines. Some of the cellars of Aÿ – where the oldest bottles of the House are jealously kept – date from the 13th century. Many vintages are still sleeping there.

Each vintage bears the characteristics of the year written on its label: Vintage 1961 for example only contains wines made from grapes harvested in 1986. The Edouard Brun vintages are mainly composed of 45% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.

When tasted, these champagnes are powerful, winey and very olfactory. They reflect the ability of great champagnes to age harmoniously. The Vintage 1986 Edouard Brun is an explosive wine. It seduces with its golden yellow color, its very open, flamboyant nose and upon tasting its exceptional balance between fruit and aging.
