Partner of Olympique Lyonnais since 2019, Resende paid tribute to the French training. The Brazilian club have released the new jersey which will be worn next season, from January 2022. The tunic is greatly inspired by the Gones tunic in the years 50.
Since 2019 thanks to the Pelé Academia, Olympique Lyonnais has a partnership with Resende FC. With this collaboration, it happens that players from the Brazilian club come to do an internship with the current e of Ligue 1. It was notably the case in February 2020, with the arrivals of three young U 13 from Resende.
Proof that the relationship between the two teams is looking good, Resende paid tribute to Les Gones. From January 2022 a new season will start in Brazil. For the occasion, the club will wear a jersey whose colors closely resemble that of the Lyonnais. The main color white, as well as blue and red presented in stripes in the form of a V, is inspired by a tunic from the years 50 from Lyon .
